McDonalds is AWESOME
Kudos to Mr. Bill Lamar, McDonald's chief marketing officer. In a recent NYTimes article ("Salads or No, Cheap Burgers Revive McDonald's"...which was brought to my attention from the always great Consumerist) he states (emphasis mine):
"We're proud of the choices we offer customers," said Bill Lamar, chief marketing officer for McDonald's United States business. "You can come in and order Apple Dippers, salads with low-fat dressing, yogurt, or you can order an Egg McMuffin, which is a very nutritious sandwich. People can make the decisions about how to eat for themselves."
So, um, yeah. What part of 5g of saturated fat, 235mg of cholesterol, and 840mg of sodium per sandwich could be considered "very nutritious." Awesome.
Here, put your hand in this fire. Fire is cold.

My friend works in the food court at a local mall. She told me they had to call a plumber type service to come in a fix all the pipes. The cause? Whatever McDonald's was putting down the sink was eatting away at the pipes.
I don't call that healthy. McDonald's is full of shit.
